After we left the Ft. Worth area we headed to Odessa to surprise my mom for her birthday. Unfortunately as I look through the pictures I realize the only shots I took were of her new kitty cats. We had a great time. We got to town and headed to the store to get her purple flowers since it is her favorite color and Zack discovered miniture cupcakes that Nana had to have. After knocking on some random persons house we discovered we were at the wrong place so by the time she opened the door she new it was us. We played with the cats a lot, played some farkel, and then the next day we went out to eat at Red Lobster for my mom's birthday. it was a nice trip.
Then after lunch we made the mad dash to Carlsbad which after all the other driving we did seemed like a hop, skip, and a jump. As soon as we got to town we went shopping again for my brother a birthday gift because it was his big day as well.
After dinner we headed to Mimi's house for cake and icecream. It was fun all the kids and grandkids were there. Fun times.
Nothings funner then getting to blow out someone elses candles. Love these shots. PRICELESS
