Visiting Daddy in Texas

In February Cliffs office asked him to go to Amarillo to work for a little bit. While it is never good to be separated from your family for extended periods of time a job is a job so we couldn't complain to much. Zack and I went to see him and we stayed at a hotel with a pool. Some of the following are pictures of Cliff and Zack doing the guys thing.

We only got to see daddy for a little while but we cherished the time we had.

Ragamuffins

A couple months ago I watched my friends Dorie and Brock's beautiful children. The kids had a ton of fun. If Zack had a girl friend these two little girls would probably be a toss up for him. He loves them both and they equally love him. Although after Dorie and I read a book called The Pact we are no long encouraging a life long love arrangement between any of them. Ok that's another story sorry:)

This is Kade. Under his big spidey shirt is his little broken arm. He was such a toughy though it didn't bother him a bit.

Mia and Zack at the park

There is this fabulous park here in Vegas. It is way on the other side of town so unfortunately we don't make it there often but when we do it is one of the greatest places on Earth. Not only is it a park but you can also hike to the top of the mountain and see all of Vegas. It is a lot steeper then you think. So one weekend while Cliff was working in Texas we took Mia, our little friend next door and headed to the park.

Isn't she the cutest little thing

Papa Tom would be proud look at his form!
More climbing. I am sure for a four year old boy life does not get much better.

My blog is getting back into action........

A friend of mine told me about a website called blog2print.com it is fabulous. They will print your blog in order including pictures and comments. I ordered my 2007 blog a couple weeks ago and it got here in perfect timing for my birthday. I LOVE IT. I seriously just cried because I don't do the whole scrap booking thing so Zacky doesn't have a baby book. Well I have decided this is way better. Its like my journal to him. So I will definitely be getting back into blogging on a regular basis now that I know they will have meaning to him when he gets older. He liked looking through it last night and seeing that he wore diapers once upon a time.

So with that said I am cleaning up my blog a little posting old stuff that I want on my blog. So it will be somewhat out of order but new stuff coming in the days to come. Yea.......For the internet and books that can be printed at the touch of a button.

Veggin at Memo's

After football the boys climbed in the tree for a little unwanted photo shoot then snuggled in the bed with a movie. They were sleepy boys.

Finally got to take out the quads

We bought our quads then the next weekend Zack and I headed out of town, so we never got to take them out. But on our quick trip home we loaded them up with BOB-O of course and headed out to some trails outside of Vegas. It was beautiful up there we road to the top of a hill and it had a great view. We decided to turn around because we didn't have time to do the whole loop.

At the top we took a little break and let the boy hike around a little. Cliff was even able to get service and chat with his mom and dad real quick.

The park

Zack and I spent a lot of time down by the river this time when we went home. The little town that I grew up in has a great river and a river walk that goes along it. We had a great time walking across the bridge. Zack could do it over and over again if I let him. Every morning there would be fishermen fishing and he enjoyed watching them. I think when he gets a little bit older I will take him fishing and see how he does.
